your carpets being maintained to their Optimum level by your cleaners? Ensuring the property has effective entrance/barrier matting. Up to 50% of all dirt can be contained by effective entrance matting. Daily Vacuuming. 80% of the dirt in carpet is dry and can be removed by vacuuming. A strong vacuum cleaner in a serviceable order with clean filters and all seals intact and bag no more than half full. Also regular spot cleaning will maintain cleanliness of the carpet. Deep Cleaning. Over a period of time soil on carpets will gradually build up to an extent that a deep clean is necessary using a combination of vacuuming/hot water extraction with deodoriser and shampooing. |
